The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

In the secular world, companies are always hiring. They post job openings, offer bonuses, and search for people with the right skills. But even when the pay is good, many hesitate to apply because the work looks hard, inconvenient, or outside their comfort zone.
Jesus says the same thing happens in the Kingdom.
There’s a field full of people who need hope, encouragement, truth, and love. The harvest is ready—He’s already done the heavy lifting. But the workers are few because the work requires compassion, patience, and a willingness to step into someone else’s mess.
In the secular world, workers clock in for a paycheck.
In God’s field, workers show up for a purpose.
One rewards you with money.
The other rewards you with eternal impact.
And here’s the beautiful part: God isn’t looking for perfect résumés. He’s looking for available hearts.
Prayer:
Lord, make me willing. Send me where the need is great and the workers are few. Help me step into Your field with courage, compassion, and joy. Amen.
