As all Federal officeholders and government employees are required to take an oath of office that states that they will “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” it can be reasonably concluded that when allowing an assault on the Constitution to occur, these “representatives” will have violated their oath of office.
