Are there Political Solutions to our Problems?

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

WAKE UP Christian! Many are quick to point fingers at politicians—left, right, and everything in between—and insist that the next election will somehow “fix” America. But political solutions cannot heal spiritual sickness. Let me say that again… There are NO political solutions for our spiritual problems. We will not defeat Satan or his lies at the ballot box. That cistern is cracked, leaking, and empty. And as long as we keep pouring our hope into broken cisterns—politics, personalities, movements, alliances—everything … Continue reading →

Did the 2011 NIV Bow to Evangelical Feminism?

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

I’ve only recently discovered Zondervan, the publisher of the NIV bible, has issued a new edition, the 2011 NIV. This edition will replace the current NIV (the 1984 edition). Apparently, they’ve tried revising the NIV twice before with a gender-neutral translation: the TNIV (Today’s New International Version) in 2002 and again in 2005. The 2011 New International Version (NIV) Bible introduced a key change in 1 Timothy 2:12 that many scholars and church leaders view as a significant departure from … Continue reading →

Things That Matter: Standing Firm in a Culture Drifting Toward Darkness

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

Overcoming Life’s Obstacles Among all the noise of the age, believers must refocus on things that matter—the battles of the mind, the truths of Scripture, and the courage to resist cultural darkness. The Apostle Paul didn’t leave us guessing about where the real battle takes place. He pointed directly to the battleground: the mind. Every struggle, every fear, every discouragement begins in the arena of our thoughts. That’s where the enemy works hardest—planting lies, exaggerating problems, and painting mental pictures … Continue reading →

America the Beautiful: A Nation Founded on Faith

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

America’s grand experiment in freedom is collapsing right in front of us. We are watching anti‑God forces of collectivism seep into every corner of society, and the tragic part is this: the vast majority of Americans are welcoming it. Even many churches—those who claim the name of Christ—have embraced ideas that oppose the very truth they were called to uphold. Like an alcoholic who refuses to admit his condition until he hits rock bottom, our nation has not yet reached … Continue reading →

Trusting God in the Middle of a Shaking World

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

There are moments in life when everything feels like it’s collapsing around you. The plans you made, the stability you counted on, the people you leaned on — suddenly everything feels shaky and uncertain. You may feel confused or at a loss of what you need to do.  And in those moments, trusting God isn’t just a nice idea. It becomes the only thing holding you together. It’s at those times God invites us to loosen our grip. Not because … Continue reading →

10 Planks of Communism

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

Marxism’s Influence in American Culture and Policy Karl Marx published The Communist Manifesto in 1848, outlining ten ideological “planks” designed to dismantle traditional society and replace it with a fully centralized, state‑controlled system. While Marx wrote for 19th‑century Europe, I would suggest that these same principles have quietly taken root in modern America through decades of legislation, cultural shifts, and expanding federal authority. This article examines each plank, its original meaning, and how critics believe it manifests in the United … Continue reading →

The History of Christmas

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

Christmas is one of the biggest holidays of the year and is celebrated around the world with a variety of traditions and folklore. But when did the history of Christmas begin? Every culture has its own history of Christmas that signifies the beginning of the holiday in various countries. Even the United States has its own rich history of Christmas, which originated much later than many of the older countries of the world. However, the very first Christmas was celebrated … Continue reading →

The Significance of Christmas Traditions

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

Ask anyone about the Christmas traditions that his family had as he was growing up, and you are sure to get an earful of stories. We all have Christmas traditions that were near and dear to us as children and many of us have instilled those same traditions in their own families as well. Traditions are important because they instill a sense of family identity and offer family members a few routines that they can count on the midst of … Continue reading →

Guarding Your Peace in a World of Negativity

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

In a world saturated with cynicism and complaint, guarding your peace is not just self-care—it’s spiritual obedience. Scripture calls us to be “salt and light” (Matthew 5:13–16), not sponges for every toxic emotion around us. So how do we protect our mindset when surrounded by negativity? 1. Anchor Your Mind in Truth Paul’s charge in Philippians 4:8 is clear: “Whatever is true, noble, right, pure… think on these things.” This isn’t just poetic—it’s a spiritual filter. When someone speaks fear, … Continue reading →

Enemies of Revival

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

Apathy, complacency, ignorance, fear, compromise, carnality, and spiritual self-satisfaction are the main enemies of revival. Many churches today promote a shallow, compartmentalized faith—encouraging believers to worship on Sunday but live the rest of the week in spiritual compromise, indistinguishable from their unbelieving neighbors. This hollow religion breeds hypocrisy, where people honor God with their lips but deny Him with their lives. True discipleship demands more than attendance; it requires abiding, surrender, and daily obedience. The church must stop entertaining and … Continue reading →

The Vineyard Is Not Yours: A Prophetic Wake-Up Call

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!” —Isaiah 5:20 We are living in a time when many who claim to steward God’s vineyard have traded truth for tradition, holiness for hype, and the Son for self-promotion. This isn’t just a parable—it’s a warning. And it’s unfolding right now in pulpits, platforms, and hearts across the nation. The parable is … Continue reading →

A Call to Persevere

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

In a world that often feels chaotic and full of differing voices, the short book of Jude packs a powerful punch, offering timeless wisdom for believers. Specifically, Jude 17-23 gives us a clear guide on how to stand firm and thrive in our faith! Jude warns us about those who sow division and follow their own desires (vv. 17-19). But then he turns our attention to what we, as believers, are called to do: Build yourselves up in your most … Continue reading →

There is a War for Your Mind

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

The insurgency going on now is not being fought on the streets with bullets. It is a psychological one waged by a technological elite It is a war for the mind. It’s danger far outweighs the threat from terrorists, bombs and guns. It’s a war being waged for the hearts and minds of people – beginning in the public education system, spread through popular media and entertainment with deception and the collusion of the corporate media, and ultimately infiltrating the … Continue reading →

Merry Christmas

Jeremiah Project Posted on by

In an effort for many people or groups to remain “politically correct”, they are shying away from using the phrase merry Christmas for fear of offending someone who may not believe in this particular season. Over the past decade or so, some major corporations opted to use the phrase happy holidays instead and suffered a serious backlash from their decision that they reverted back to using Merry Christmas in all of their greetings. For many people, the phrase is representative … Continue reading →
