“So what’s wrong with being gay, anyway? It’s my sexual preference. What difference does it make? Didn’t God make us the way we are?” So many have struggled with homosexual desires that today there’s a growing confusion as to whether or not its wrong, and whether a person can really be free from it all. Where do we look for answers? There are a lot of “experts” who seem to come up with a new “answer” every day, but in … Continue reading →
Being sold to the global public as a super fast internet is the technology to connect together the disparate technologies of a global control grid. It’s called 5G – the latest wireless system that telecommunications companies are implementing to service wireless communication. We’re told it’s designed to allow faster downloads of more data. It uses the 28, 37 and 39 GHz bands, also known as millimetre wave (mmW) spectrum. 5G, which comes from the term 5th generation, is designed to … Continue reading →
“Make me to know your ways O Lord; teach me your paths. Lead me in your truth and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation. For you I wait all the day long.” Psalm 25:4-5 Have you ever had a mentor, someone you looked up to for some reason? Was she that teacher who paid special attention to you and helped you work through something difficult? Perhaps yours was a coach who helped you become all that … Continue reading →
“Clap your hands all peoples. Shout to God with loud songs of joy.” – Psalm 47:1 If God brings us victory, provides for our needs, answers prayer, puts a song in your heart then why is it that when you enter the house of worship you must sit in quiet reverence and thus the atmosphere looks more like a funeral than a worship celebration? You get excited at a football game, especially when your team scores a touchdown. Does a … Continue reading →
“You walk into this room at your own risk, because it leads to the future; not a future that will be, but one that might be. This is not a new world: It is simply an extension of what began in the old one. It has patterned itself after every dictator who has ever planted the ripping imprint of a boot on the pages of history since the beginning of time. It has refinements, technological advances, and a more sophisticated … Continue reading →
“We must not be like Caine, who belonged to the evil one and killed his brother. And why did he kill him? Because Caine had been doing what was evil and his brother was doing what was righteous. So don’t be surprised, dear brothers and sisters, if the world hates you.” – 1John 3:12-13 NLT Yes, doing what we know to be right comes with a cost in this world. Go along to get along feels like the mantra of … Continue reading →
The Power of Fear The fear people have of what they don’t understand often manifests itself as distorting their ability to think and process information efficiently. I personally know people that are so traumatized by this coronavirus hoax they have isolated themselves and family members in their homes. When they do venture from their homes they are donning masks even in the privacy of their automobile or outdoors completely away from other people. Children are prevented from visiting their parents … Continue reading →
Many of God’s people struggle financially because they have a worldly view of financial prosperity which is summarized by the bumper sticker that says, “The one who dies with the most toys wins”. Understanding the true nature of financial prosperity will bring great spiritual and financial blessing. I encourage you to practice and preach the following principles. ACCORDING TO THE BIBLE, YOU ARE FINANCIALLY PROSPEROUS WHEN THREE THINGS ARE TRUE OF YOU: YOU NEVER WORRY ABOUT MONEY.“Do not be anxious … Continue reading →
Clinton Cash, is a feature documentary based on the Peter Schweizer book that the New York Times hailed as “The most anticipated and feared book of a presidential cycle.” This is a MUST-SEE video if you want to understand the Clinton Foundation. But when people keep on sinning it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. Those who have been born into God’s family do not make a practice of sinning because God’s life is in … Continue reading →
It is forty years since Humanist Manifesto I (1933) appeared. Events since then make that earlier statement seem far too optimistic. Nazism has shown the depths of brutality of which humanity is capable. Other totalitarian regimes have suppressed human rights without ending poverty. Science has sometimes brought evil as well as good. Recent decades have shown that inhuman wars can be made in the name of peace. The beginnings of police states, even in democratic societies, widespread government espionage, and … Continue reading →
“Anyone who hates another brother or sister is really a murderer at heart. And you know that murderers don’t have eternal life within them.” – 1John 3:15 Hate feels like such a strong word. That said, do you hate certain people? You say no, however, perhaps we say no too quickly. I remember when I first moved here to Wichita. A family member instructed me not to live where all the black people live. Of course I paid no attention. … Continue reading →
“O give thanks to the Lord for he is good. His steadfast love endures forever.” – Psalm 118:1 How long something will last often determines its value. Generally speaking the more it costs the longer we might expect it to last. A cell phone may be a good example. Buy a cheap phone for under $50 and likely you don’t expect it to last more than a year or so. Buy the latest iPhone and you expect to use it … Continue reading →
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” Psalm 46:1 I remember a quote from the past. “There’s no place like home.” Sure travel can be refreshing, but when you arrive back home and climb into your own bed it sure feels good. Why does it feel so good? It feels good because home to most of us means safety and security. No worries that the guy in the next room may lock the bathroom door … Continue reading →
It is argued that the United States was never Christian in its basic ideals and values because the Constitution does not specifically mention Christianity. Is that true? In fact, the Constitution is not devoid of Christian references. For example, the Constitution acknowledges Sunday as a day of rest: “If any bill shall not be returned by the President within ten days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the same shall be a law. . .” (Article … Continue reading →
