Cultural Marxism
Emerging on the American scene in the mid-1930’s and igniting the culture war in recent years across America is what has been termed “Cultural Marxism“.
Unlike traditional Marxism that focuses on economics, Cultural Marxism focuses on culture and maintains that all human behavior is a result of culture (not heredity / race) and thus malleable. Cultural Marxism is an offshoot of Marxism that gave birth to political correctness, and multiculturalism.
The strategy of Cultural Marxism to bring change to America.
The long march through the institutions (German: der lange Marsch durch die Institutionen) is a slogan coined by student activist Rudi Dutschke to describe his strategy for establishing the conditions for revolution: subverting society by infiltrating institutions such as the professions. This was an idea he took up from his interpretation of Antonio Gramsci and the Frankfurt School of Critical Theory.
The Marxists have been degrading conservative institutions and building counter-institutions to replace them for decades. The Marxist long march through the institutions have infected the public school system, higher education, mass media, entertainment, the traditional family, the courts, and American politics.
Cultural Marxists absurdly deny the biological reality of gender and race and argue that gender and race are “social constructs”. Nonetheless, Cultural Marxists support the race-based identity politics of non-whites. Cultural Marxists typically support race-based affirmative action, the proposition state (as opposed to a nation rooted in common ancestry), elevating non-Western religions above Western religions, speech codes and censorship, multiculturalism, diversity training, anti-Western education curricula, maladaptive sexual norms and anti-male feminism, the dispossession of white people, and mass Third World immigration into Western countries.” [Destroy Cultural Marxism]
CULTURAL MARXISM DOCUMENTARY
“The Revolution won’t happen with guns, rather it will happen incrementally, year by year, generation by generation. We will gradually infiltrate their educational institutions and their political offices, transforming them slowly into Marxist entities as we move towards universal egalitarianism.” – Max Horkheimer
Traditional American Values Under Attack
We are on the verge of losing this cultural war against traditional America. As the demographic changes in our society, a new breed of cultural Marxists are infiltrating the political arena. Children taught Marxism in our schools over the past decade are growing up as adults believing this satanic belief system. Those born post-9/11 for example have never lived or experienced anything but a surveillance state where all their communications and activities are being tracked and catalogued. They simply don’t know what it means to be “free” and are embracing values that are counter to America since its inception.
“We can’t be so fixated on our desire
to preserve the rights of ordinary Americans …”
Bill Clinton (USA TODAY, 11 March 1993, page 2A)
As this wave of young Americas continues to grow, their influence in society becomes greater. At the same time those who hold a more traditional view are being pushed out and censored in the modern day public square: social media. Fewer and fewer voices are being heard countering this cultural Marxist agenda and a new normal is emerging.
The History of Political Correctness (Complete)
Cultural Marxism has also infiltrated the Church leaving a large majority of “cultural Christians” filling the pews.
Look at all the evil we have permitted in our society. Abortion, pornography, divorce, drug abuse, racism, and youth violence are only the symptoms of a deeper problem facing America. As important as it is to deal with these symptoms, it is essential that the Christian community begin to deal with the “root cause” of the moral and social woes facing our nation.
The “root cause” of what is producing such sin and rebellion is this: We as a nation and a church have rejected God’s Word as the only standard and foundation upon which all our public policies, institutions, laws, and code of behavior are built. We are living in a time similar to that of the Book of Judges where the Scriptures say “… But every man did what which was right in his own eyes.” – Judges 21:25
As this cultural revolution is allowed to continue, the Constitutional Republic form of government enjoyed in America will be destroyed and conservative Christians will be targeted as enemies of the state to be eradicated.
Alternatively, I believe there is a remnant of believers that may rise up someday to provide leadership for all those cultural Christians to repent and follow Jesus. When God’s people stand up and begin exercising our Authority in Christ’s kingdom, we will begin to see victory.
When Nationalist Donald Trump became the U.S. President, he blatantly pushed back at Cultural Marxism and promoted an America First agenda. He vowed to “drain the swamp” of the deep state and thus attacked the very foundations of Marxism in America.
Even before he was sworn in, Democrats set about to remove him by any means necessary. They falsely accused him of all the evils they were themselves practicing. The mass media joined the fray with an endless spewing of Orwellian Doublethink and fake news that further divided the nation along cultural Marxist lines and alienated millions of Americans. One example of this was the media’s distortion and discrediting of The 1776 Report to be promoting racism. Big-tech was enlisted to silence any opposition to the globalist agenda as they censored pro-American and pro-Christian voices from the public square.
When all their efforts failed, they resorted to manipulating the 2019 election in a political coup and stole the election in favor of Marxist Democrats.
Here are some practical steps Christians can take to resist the New World Order.
American Marxism Mark Levin explains how the core elements of Marxist ideology are now pervasive in American society and culture-from our schools, the press, and corporations, to Hollywood, the Democratic Party, and the Biden presidency-and how it is often cloaked in deceptive labels like “progressivism,” “democratic socialism,” “social activism,” and more. With his characteristic trenchant analysis, Levin digs into the psychology and tactics of these movements, the widespread brainwashing of students, the anti-American purposes of Critical Race Theory and the Green New Deal, and the escalation of repression and censorship to silence opposing voices and enforce conformity. Levin exposes many of the institutions, intellectuals, scholars, and activists who are leading this revolution, and provides us with some answers and ideas on how to confront them. |
