When the Chinese Communist Party reopened Wuhan for business they stressed the need for strict adherence to the “health code” system that requires citizens to display color-coded QR codes transmitted to their cell phones by the authorities to demonstrate they are cleared to travel and work.  A green “health code” is required to board a subway, check into a hotel or just enter Wuhan.

Surveillance of the population in China works by closely monitoring people’s smartphones, making use of hundreds of millions of facial recognition cameras, and requiring people to check and report their body temperature and medical condition.  This enables Chinese authorities to not only quickly identify suspected coronavirus carriers, but also track their movements and identify anyone they came into contact with.

These surveillance technologies are not limited to China. Both governments and corporations across the globe have been using ever more sophisticated technologies in recent years to track, monitor and manipulate people. The Israel Security Agency recently deployed surveillance technology normally reserved for battling terrorists to track coronavirus patients.

Again we’re turning to the “scientific technological elite” President Eisenhower warned us about in 1961, to order our lives according to their vision… Tracking citizens with enhanced contact tracing technologies (less privacy).

What began as a discussion about using some form of contact tracing of “essential” workers before allowing them to return to work has morphed into mandatory mask wearing, social distancing, vaccines, and now immunity passports.

State Governors are falling into lock step with federal guidelines for opening the economy.  States are being required to adopt enhanced tracing of citizens and in many cases extending that requirement to the businesses themselves to comply with government directives before allowing them to open.

In California, “The ability to monitor and protect our communities through testing, contact tracing, isolating, and supporting those who are positive or exposed;” is one of the Six Critical Indicators the State will Consider Before Modifying the Stay-at-Home Order and Other COVID-19 Interventions.

Not only are these surveillance technologies being rolled out in countries that once rejected them, but they are transitioning from “over the skin” to “under the skin” surveillance. Hitherto, when your finger touched the screen of your smartphone and clicked on a link, the government wanted to know what exactly your finger was clicking on. But with coronavirus, the focus of interest shifts. Now the government wants to know the temperature of your finger and the blood-pressure under its skin.

Drs. Fauci and Birx both have long track records of working with Bill Gates and his eugenicist vision for the world. 

Fauci sits on the Leadership Council for the Global Vaccine Action Plan, a project of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that works in concert with the United Nations. Immunity Passports

Yes, they’re talking about a new kind of ‘immunity passport’ to try to ensure that travelers entering various countries are in a good state of health. This global ID system is being designed as we speak by the New York City-based ID2020 Alliance. Gates’s Microsoft Corp. became one of the founding partners in January 2018 along with Gavi Vaccine Alliance, another Gates-funded project. Funding also comes from longtime Gates collaborator the Rockefeller Foundation.

Responding to a question by CNN’s Alisyn Camerota, “Can you imagine a time where Americans carry a certificate of immunity?”  Dr. Fauci answered, “You know, that’s possible,” he said. “It’s one of those things that we talk about when we want to make sure that we know who the vulnerable people are and not. This is something that’s being discussed, I think it might actually have some merit under certain circumstances.”

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates said in response to a question on how businesses will be able to operate while maintaining social distancing, “Eventually we will have some digital certificates to show who has recovered or been tested recently or when we have a vaccine who has received it.”

The Los Angeles Unified School District has partnered with tech giant Microsoft to introduce a COVID-19 “Daily Pass” app which requires students as young as 13 to complete daily in-app health checks in order to gain access to the school. Students that pass the health checks will be given a scannable QR code “entrance ticket” which gives them access to the school for the day as long as they have a negative test result for COVID-19, show no symptoms, and have a temperature of under 100 degrees. Can you believe that trash?  Sadly, many people have succumbed to the propaganda and are welcoming the tracking and tracing of their children.  Those poor folks in the Los Angeles school district must now bow down to the Covid-god… and your school district may be next.

So with the pandemic, when someone is vaccinated or has recovered from COVID-19, these records are automatically part of their e-health medical records and available upon request. This system has worked well for us in Estonia, and we learned early on that identity verification will play a large role in scaling safe travel and reopenings.”

Immunity certificates are now being required for international travel where you’re required to have taken a Covid-19 test and present documentation of negative results before being allowed to enter many countries.  My brother recently traveled to Saint Lucia (with zero reported Covid deaths) where he was required to produce a negative Covid-19 test result before entering and was still required to quarantine for 14-days in a government approved facility.

Leaders from across the 27-nation European bloc recently convened via videoconference a meeting dealing with the thorny issue of so-called vaccine passports. Tourist-reliant southern European nations such as Greece and Spain urged the rapid adoption of an EU-wide vaccination certificate for travelers. Leaders urged a speedy rollout of a vaccine passport in order to allow freedom of movement in the EU. One senior diplomat was quoted acknowledging that all EU countries were “eager” to find a safe way to reopen travel but said “we have to move this forward together.”

Clear’s new health pass service to screen for coronavirus

In the UK, Operation Moonshot is a pilot mass testing project in Salford that could enable people to have a coronavirus ‘freedom pass’ and live their lives in a more normal way. Up until now, the Prime Minister Boris Johnson said, experts have been concentrating on using tests to identify people who are positive for Covid-19 and isolate them to prevent the spread. Going forward, however, there is the potential to identify those who are negative and therefore do not pose a risk to others. Mr Johnson suggested a scenario where large numbers of people that need to enter a venue – for example, a workplace or theatre – could take the rapid result test and then be allowed to enter on the basis of a negative result.

This COVID-19 passport, now being called “Common Pass,” appears to be part of a bigger plan that could easily come about soon.

As Israel begins to reopen gyms, hotels, and other venues, those who want to make use of them are required to show proof that they have been vaccinated against, or have recovered from, COVID-19.  They are using what is called a “green pass.” Street-front shops, malls, markets, museums, and libraries will be open to all Israelis.

Israel has rolled out what it is calling a ‘Freedom bracelet’, a tracking device that will serve as an alternative to a two-week quarantine for anyone entering the country from abroad. The device, which looks like a smart watch is being produced by a company called SuperCom, which has previously worked with governments of several countries on systems to track and monitor prisoners.

Ordan Trabelsi, the CEO of SuperCom, said “We call it a ‘freedom bracelet’ because we are not locking anybody up, but rather giving them the opportunity to go home.”

…And be tracked by the government if they try to leave their house.

“Nobody is forced to do it, but for those who are interested, it gives them another option: more flexibility,” Trabelsi added.

So, the choices are be locked up for two weeks in a military-administered quarantine hotel, or take the tracking bracelet.

It doesn’t really sound like ‘freedom’.

The freedom to travel within the borders of America are also now being curtailed.
You won’t hear about this reported in your mainstream media news.  Why not?

In violation of your Article IV, Section 2, Clause 1 Constitutional right to free travel within the United States, you are now being required to provide documentation of a wildly inaccurate negative Covid-19 test result in order to freely travel within our borders in the name of the Chinese coronavirus.

For example, all visitors entering Massachusetts, including returning residents, who do not meet an exemption, are required to:

• Complete the Massachusetts Travel Form prior to arrival, unless you are visiting from a lower-risk state designated by the Department of Public Health.

• Quarantine for 14 days or produce a negative COVID-19 test result that has been administered up to 72-hours prior to your arrival in Massachusetts.

If your COVID-19 test result has not been received prior to arrival, visitors, and residents must quarantine until they receive a negative test result.  Failure to comply may result in a $500 fine per day.

Similar restrictions hold for Connecticut, New York and other states.

I believe this is unprecedented and a scary turn of events for the United States of America.  It reminds me somewhat of the Nazi requirements to produce travel documents when moving around that country in the early/mid 20th Century.  “Your papers, please” (or “Papers, please”) is an expression associated with police state Nazi Party officials demanding identification from citizens during random stops or at checkpoints.

The Agenda is Bigger than SARS-CoV-2

Immunity passports are only the latest incremental “know your customer” step in a much greater agenda for these digital identification systems.

They want to control every aspect of the population. 

Their vision is for every person on the planet to have an official government identity that must be presented whenever they want to buy or sell, vote, get a job, go to school, open a bank account, access government benefits, enter public buildings, access health care, or to travel.

This is yet another incremental assault by godless collectivists to construct their globalist system to manage and control mankind.  It’s the same story I wrote about in the great tobacco hoax… “It’s not about your health, it’s about Money, Control, and Jurisdiction.” Rosa Koire puts it another way… “full control, inventory, and surveillance.”

Testing for SARS-CoV-2 is central to the whole coronavirus plandemic.  It’s through testing that the manipulated numbers are created and by which allot of companies are making allot of money.

Testing goes up… infection rates go up… people make money.

While I don’t suggest these immunity passports constitute the complete or final solution, they do interject into the equation yet another way to control you. Proponents of this technology lean on the “safety” plea to get these things acceptable into society.  They bank on your fear of Covid-19 making it sound reasonable to protect everyone from the disease as they allow people to congregate in groups, to access public transit, go back to the workplace, or do anything in the public sphere.  It’s reasonable for everyone to be protected from those disease carrying people and what better way to identify them than some sort of immunity passport or freedom pass proving they are disease free or have taken the vaccine.
